CHRISTMAS ORDERS

I will ship these on 20th December the latest for UK deliveries to arrive before Christmas via first class. International is no longer being sent to arrive on time.

How long will it take for my product to arrive?

Typically, each product gets posted within 3 business days of when the payment clears. I send everything first class, so you should receive it a couple of days from then. Internationally works differently, depending on location. You can find out more details at Royal Mail.

My product isn't here and I've waited a hell of a long time!

Agh! Sorry about that. If it's been a while, drop me an email - [email protected] and I'll sort something out for you, whether it's a refund or re-shipping.

I would like you to design something specifically for me, how do we do this?

Yes! You can commission work. Drop me an email and we'll discuss ideas, timings and prices.

When my product arrived, it wasn't what I was expecting, I would like a refund and to be angry at you.

As long as you email me and I give you permission, it's fine. If you work for the Daily Mail, let me just say 'no' now.
